A lower cooling water temperature leads directly to better cooling of the charge air.
The Competition net increases the radiator volume of the standard system by no less than 102%, which significantly lowers the coolant temperature and stabilizes performance. The ratio of the inner to outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer while simultaneously guaranteeing sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the engine water cooler.
