Ordering, Payment & Service

Our performance car parts are compatible with various makes and models. For detailed information about a part's suitability for your vehicle, please consult the product description or contact our customer service team at info@jt-products.eu

No, within the EU you never pay extra costs upon delivery. We ship from the Netherlands or another EU country, so there are no customs, no import duties, and no VAT added later. In the checkout, you are automatically charged the VAT rate for your country (for example, 19% for Germany, 21% for the Netherlands and Belgium, and 20% for France). The amount you see is the total amount.

For countries outside the EU (such as Switzerland or the UK), local import duties may apply. Please contact us in that case.

The available payment options are iDEAL, Klarna pay later, Klarna pay in installments, Ideal IN3, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, AMEX, Maestro, PayPal, Bancontact, Giropay, Przelewy24, Giropay, MyBank and SEPA.

At JT Products, we offer flexible payment options to simplify your shopping experience. Choose to pay later or in installments during checkout via Klarna or iDEAL in3.

There is no fixed limit with Klarna. The maximum spending limit varies per person and is determined based on a credit check and previous payments. For every order, your profile, payment history, and the total amount are reviewed. As a result, an application may be rejected, even if the amount is not particularly high. If you reach a limit, we can help by splitting the order and sending two separate payment links. This allows you to pay part of the payment via Klarna and pay the remaining amount separately. Please contact our customer service if you would like to make use of this service.

No, that's not possible. We have a maximum limit of €5,000 per PayPal payment.

This limit has been set to ensure the security of transactions and to limit risks when dealing with large amounts.

If your company is established in an EU country outside the Netherlands and has a valid VAT number, you can use reverse charge VAT during the ordering process.

You can enter your VAT number during checkout. If the VAT number is valid and the billing and shipping addresses match the VAT registration, the VAT will be automatically reverse-charged and the VAT amount will be removed from the order.

The billing and shipping addresses must exactly match the address where the VAT number is registered. If they don't match, the VAT will remain on the order.

There may be several reasons why you have not received an order confirmation:
• The email address you provided may contain a typo.
• The confirmation may have ended up in your spam or advertising folder.
• The order may not have been completed successfully due to a technical error or a failed payment.

What can I do if I haven't received a confirmation?
• Check your spam or junk mail folder.
• Check whether the payment for your order has been debited from your bank account.
• Please check that you used the correct email address when ordering.

We work exclusively with professional garages, tuners, and automotive specialists who are structurally active in the performance market.

Terms and conditions for participating in the dealer program

To be eligible for a dealer account, an entry requirement of a first order of at least €500 excluding VAT applies. Thereafter, your dealer status grows based on your volume.

How does the process work?

  1. Create an account via jt-products.eu (top right in the header).
  2. Place an initial order of at least €500 excluding VAT.
  3. Contact us via info@jt-products.eu with your company details.

After review and approval, the account will be converted to dealer status.

Dealer levels

We work with three dealer levels:

  • Dealer A: after placing the first order of at least €500 excluding VAT
  • Dealer B: for dealers who purchase structurally and regularly
  • Dealer C: by invitation, for strategic partners with high volumes and long-term cooperation

Classification is based on purchase volume, order frequency and collaboration.
