Our delivery times, listed on the product pages, are for guidance only. We want to emphasize that these are updated manually to ensure accuracy. Nevertheless, they may not always be completely up-to-date.

There could be several reasons why you haven't received tracking information:

  • The order has not yet been shipped: It may take some time before your order is processed and shipped.
  • Check your spam/junk folder: Sometimes the email with tracking information ends up in your spam folder.
  • No tracking available: For some products or shipping methods, we do not provide tracking information.
  • Incorrect email address: The email address you provided may contain an error.

    When will I receive my tracking information?
  • Tracking information is usually sent within 24 hours of shipment.
  • If processing takes longer due to busy periods, it may take a little longer for tracking to be available.

We work with various suppliers around the world. Sometimes products are shipped directly from the supplier to the end customer, which can result in separate deliveries when ordering multiple products.

Do you have a return? Follow these steps carefully for a smooth process:

1. Register your return by email: Send an email to info@jt-products.nl with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then email you a return form.

2. Complete the returns form: Make sure you complete the returns form completely and include it with your return shipment. Without this form, we cannot process your return.

3. Package the item carefully: Use the original packaging and sufficient padding to protect the item. Damaged returns due to inadequate packaging cannot be (fully) refunded.

4. Clearly state the return address: Make sure the return address is clearly visible on the packaging.

5. Postage and Shipping: Please ensure sufficient postage is applied to the shipment and drop it off at a delivery point (PostNL, DHL, DPD, Bpost). Please ensure the returned items reach us within 14 days.

6. Keep the proof of shipment: Receive a proof of shipment for each delivery and keep it in a safe place. You are responsible for ensuring a successful return.

7. Confirmation of Receipt: Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email from us. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to be credited to your account.

IMPORTANT: When returning products, please include any manuals, stickers, screws, and the original product packaging. If these are missing, we may deduct a depreciation based on the condition of the returned products. Damaged items upon arrival may also result in a depreciation.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. Returns must be shipped with tracking. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning a product, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Once we've received, inspected, and processed the product, you'll receive your refund via the payment method you selected. Return processing takes an average of 5 business days.

No, JT-Products is an online store, not a physical store. Therefore, items cannot be picked up.

Your return may have been rejected for several reasons, including:

  • Return period expired: The product was returned after the return period.
  • Used: The product has not been returned in new, unused condition.
  • Damaged: The product was returned damaged.
  • Incomplete: The product was returned incomplete or without all accessories/parts.
  • Not pre-registered: The return has not been pre-registered via our returns portal or customer service.

If your return is refused, you will receive an email with further explanation.
