The core measures 520 mm x 200 mm x 120 mm in staircase design with a total volume of 10.4 liters, what a 104% larger inflow surface area and 140% more charge air volume yields compared to the standard intercooler. The free-form cast aluminum Terminal cabinets are designed in the CAD system for higher cooling capacity with less back pressure. With a weight of only 7.6 kg The intercooler remains lightweight. An anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction ensures durable and consistent cooling. Installation is plug & play, acting as a 1:1 replacement on the original mounting points.
