The intercooler is equipped with precisely engineered end boxes made of cast aluminium and a grid configuration with internal turbulators, ensuring ideal airflow, highly efficient heat transfer, and low pressure loss.
With net dimensions of 550 mm x 300 mm x 110 mm the intercooler offers a net volume of 11 liter, an increase of 69% compared to the original cooler (6.5 liters). The inflow surface area is 1080 cm², 33% larger than the original (810 cm²). A corrosion-resistant protective coating makes the cooler resistant to the toughest off-road conditions.
