The Wagner Performance intercooler kit has been developed for the BMW E60/E61, E63/E64 and optimizes cooling performance and capacity. With stacked mesh dimensions of 530 mm x 244 [134] mm x 150 [50] mm and a volume of 13.5 liters, this intercooler offers an 87% larger intake surface area and 95% more charge air volume than the standard cooler.
This means more fresh air for the engine, leading to better combustion, higher power, and a noticeable increase in torque. The high-performance network offers excellent cooling properties. The freeform terminals of cast aluminum developed in the CAD system for the best possible internal airflow and minimal back pressure. Installation is plug & play as a 1:1 replacement for the OEM intercooler, allowing the original charge air hoses to be retained. With a weight of only 9.8 kg The cooler is lightweight. A high-quality anti-corrosion coating with good thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting, optimal cooling.
