The Wagner Performance intercooler kit has been specially developed for the Mercedes-Benz C 43 AMG and related 43 AMG models with the 3.0-liter V6 biturbo motor (M 276 DE 30 AL) and takes cooling and performance to a higher level. With a core size of 222 mm x 297 mm x 95 mm and this intercooler offers a total volume of 6.3 liters 133% more net volume compared to the standard cooler.
The cast aluminum end cabinets are CAD-designed and optimized with CFD simulations, ensuring maximum internal airflow and excellent cooling performance with minimal back pressure. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity guarantees consistently effective cooling and relieves the turbo, extending its lifespan. The kit comes with a Ø57mm (2.25 inch) aluminum boost tube and two 1/8 NPT WMI ports in the top end cabinet, ideal for the integration of a water-methanol injection system. Installation is completely plug & play. Not permitted under the StVO.
