The Wagner Competition intercooler kit EVO3 for the Audi TTRS 8S 2.5 TFSI is available with a TÜV certificate and offers two different options for the intercooler core. The new EVO3.X core It was developed in collaboration with a renowned German Audi tuner and is ideal for higher power applications, above 600 PS. The dimensions of the intercooler remain unchanged compared to the standard version, but the internal core design has been optimized for higher power outputs. For applications below 600 PS, the standard version is recommended.
The high-quality intercooler has dimensions of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm = 16,500 cm³, which causes a 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The core is made of high-quality Tube and Fin material with internal turbulators, combined with cast aluminum end tanks which have been optimized with CFD. Additional air guides ensure even filling of the intercooler, with excellent cooling performance and minimal pressure drop, making the kit ideal for track use. Installation is done using the original mounting points.
