The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit EVO3 for the Audi TTRS 8S is now available with TÜV certification and offers two different options for the intercooler core. The new EVO3.X core Developed in collaboration with a renowned German Audi tuner, this high-performance intercooler is ideal for higher-power applications above 600 hp. While the intercooler's dimensions remain unchanged from the standard version, the internal core design has been optimized for higher power outputs. This ensures optimal airflow and excellent cooling performance. The standard version is recommended for applications below 600 hp. The high-performance intercooler boasts impressive dimensions (515mm x 367mm x 95mm = 16,500cm³), which causes a 84% larger cooling surface and 101% More charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers increased the size and efficiency of the core and improved the design of the final tanks to eliminate OEM restrictions. This results in improved flow and cooling performance. The intercooler utilizes the award-winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core, specifically developed for this application. The core is made of high-quality Tube and Fin material with internal turbulators, combined with cast aluminum end tanks optimized using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) for optimal airflow. Additional air ducts ensure even charging of the intercooler. This ensures excellent cooling performance with minimal pressure drop, making this kit ideal for track use.
