The Wagner Competition intercooler kit for the Audi S4 and S5 B9 with the 3.0 TFSI The engine offers a major upgrade in cooling and airflow compared to the original intercooler. With a 134% larger frontal surface area and 105% more volume This intercooler ensures lower intake air temperatures and less pressure loss.

The intercooler uses a tube-fin core with internal turbulators and CFD-optimized cast end cabinets, completely eliminating OEM restrictions. The core dimensions are 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm with a volume of 17.13 liters (compared to 8.35 liters OEM). The intake connection is Ø62 mm and the exhaust connection Ø67 mmA black anti-corrosion coating protects the intercooler. Installation is 100% plug & play as a direct replacement for the OEM intercooler, without modifications. The brackets in the kit are suitable for EU models.
