The Wagner Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for the Hyundai Veloster N DCT is equipped with a new type Competition intercooler core (Tube Fin)With dimensions of 580 mm x 150 mm x 135.4 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stacked core: 14.3 liters) the core offers a 44,3% larger flow area (1,144.92 cm²) and a 101,4% larger mesh volume than the original intercooler (7.1 L).
The cast aluminum End tanks are designed using CAD technology and optimized via CFD simulations for optimal internal airflow with minimal back pressure. A custom-made air guide ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler. A high-quality anti-corrosion coating with good thermal conductivity protects the intercooler. Weighing only 9.3 kg The intercooler is lightweight. Installation is 100% plug-and-play using the original mounting points. A TÜV parts certificate is included. Fits the Hyundai Veloster N DCT 202 kW/275 PS (from 2021).
