The Wagner Competition intercooler kit EVO3.X is designed for the Audi TTRS 8J 2.5 TFSIThe core dimensions of 515 mm x 367 [274] mm x 95 mm take care of a 120% larger cooling surface and 142% larger load volume compared to the standard intercooler. The design guarantees optimal airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler.
The end tanks are manufactured from cast aluminum and optimized with advanced flow simulations, ensuring excellent performance and minimal back pressure. The intercooler is installed on the original mounting points as a direct replacement. With a total weight of only 11.2 kg (including crossmember) the kit is light but robust. The connection diameters are 68 mm on both sides.
