The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler EVO3 for the Audi RS3 8V 2.5 TFSI is the ultimate upgrade for any car enthusiast looking to maximize performance. Available with a TÜV certificate and in two different intercooler core options, this intercooler is perfect for both the 270 kW / 367 PS (04/2015-04/2016) and 294 kW / 400 PS (08/2017+) models. For power outputs up to 600 PS we recommend the standard version, while the X-version is ideal for applications above 600 PS. With an impressive core size of 515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm, this intercooler offers an impressive 84% more cooling surface area and 101% more charge volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers increased the size and efficiency of the intercooler core and improved the final tank design to eliminate OEM bottlenecks. As a result, flow capacity and cooling performance have been significantly increased. The award-winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core The intercooler is specifically developed and manufactured for this application using the highest quality TUBE and FIN intercooler cores, featuring internal turbulators and cast aluminum end tanks, optimized by CFD for optimal internal airflow. Additional internal air ducts ensure uniform charging of the intercooler, resulting in excellent cooling performance with minimal pressure drop. This intercooler, together with the crossmember, forms a stable unit and weighs only 14.3 kg (31.2 lb). It is mounted using the original mounting points, making installation easy (1:1 replacement).
