It Wagner intake manifold with integrated intercooler EVO1 has been developed for the BMW B58.1 engine (e.g. M240i). The direct integration of the intercooler into the intake manifold ensures efficient cooling of the charge air, with intake air temperatures up to 20°C lower. The new Performance network offers 128% more external grid volume compared to the original, which leads to more power and torque.
The CNC-milled end cabinets made of high-quality aluminium have been optimized via CFD simulations for ideal internal airflow and 35% Reduced back pressure, which provides maximum relief for the turbocharger. The manifold is 100% pressure-resistant and suitable for all power levels. Installation is Plug & Play without modifications; the oil filter can be replaced without removing the manifold. The product is prepared for intake channel injection and features three 1/8 NPT ports for additional parameter measurements and six pre-machined NOS or WMI ports. It fits the B58.1 engine in the BMW M140i (F20/21), M240i (F22/23), 340i (F30/31), 440i (F32/33/36), and X3 M40i (G01) with OEM intake manifold 11618603913. Up to 4 years warranty.
