The Wagner Competition intercooler kit has been developed for the Audi A4 and A5 B8 with the 2.7 TDI and 3.0 TDI engine (including the A4 B8 Allroad) and takes performance to a higher level. The intercooler has net dimensions of 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm and a charge air volume of 17,446 liter, which causes a 178% larger inflow surface area and 158% more charge air volume than the standard intercooler.
The high-quality Competition tube fin net with internal turbulators is optimized for airflow. The cast aluminum end cabinets have been developed in the CAD system and optimized with CFD simulations; an integrated air guide ensures uniform filling of the network and reduces back pressure. The connection diameters have been increased to Ø67 mm and the kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. With a weight of only 9.1 kg is the intercooler light and is it up to 6 bar tested, making it suitable for racing applications. An anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties ensures durable cooling. Installation is plug & play. Suitable for the Audi A4 B8 (Allroad) and A5 B8 (incl. Sportback) 2.7 TDI and 3.0 TDI.
