It Wagner Competition package has been developed for the Audi RS4 B9 and RS5 F5 with the 2.9 liter V6 biturbo engine (VW EA839, 331 KW / 450 PS, from 2017)The package combines a intercooler upgrade kit (200001162) and a radiator kit (400001012), which together replace the standard water-cooled intercooler and radiator for maximum cooling performance.
The intercooler has dimensions of 222 mm x 200 mm x 120 mm and increases the external volume by no less than 185% (from 1.87 to 5.33 liters). The cast aluminum end boxes are constructed using CAD and optimized with CFD simulations for excellent cooling with minimal back pressure. The intercooler mechanically relieves the turbo and is 100% pressure-resistant. The radiator kit increases the radiator capacity by 55% (volume 13.52 liters compared to 8.73 liters OEM), resulting in a lower coolant temperature and consequently better cooling of the intake air. Both components feature a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating. Installation is (virtually) plug & play and comes with clear instructions. The system is covered by a warranty of up to 4 years.
