The Wagner Competition intercooler kit has been developed for the Opel Insignia A 2.8 V6 Turbo 4x4 and OPC and takes performance to a higher level through better cooling and less back pressure.
The core measures 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm with a cooling surface of 2684 cm² (10% larger than OEM) and a charge air volume of 17.4 liters (138% more than OEM). The free-form cast aluminum End caps are equipped with internal air guides for even filling and optimal internal airflow. With a weight of only 9.75 kg the intercooler remains light. The connection diameter is 70 mm and an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity ensures durable cooling performance. The intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar pressure stability and operates plug & play as a replacement for the original intercooler.
