The Wagner Competition intercooler kit EVO 1 has been developed for the Mercedes A 250 and other models from the A, B and CLA classes and gets the most out of the cooling and performance, even under extreme conditions.
The core measures 640 mm x 200 mm x 110 mm with a capacity of 14,080 cm³, what a 25% larger inflow surface area and 110% more charge air volume yields compared to the standard intercooler. The free-form cast aluminum Terminal boxes have been developed using CAD technology to minimize back pressure. With a weight of only 10.5 kg the intercooler remains lightweight. An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity ensures long-lasting cooling and the intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar pressure stability. Installation is plug & play as a replacement for the standard intercooler. The kit comes with a parts certificate (Teilegutachten).
