The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is a complete replacement intercooler for the Mercedes Vito 114 CDI and the Mercedes V-Class 447This kit is equipped with a Competition Tube Fin mesh network with net dimensions of 670x183x125mm and offers a load air volume of 15.3 liters, or 87% more core volume than the original intercooler (8.2 liters). The end cabinets are manufactured from cast aluminum and flow-optimized via CFD simulations and CAD software.
The intercooler is suitable for various models, including the Vito 114 CDI/V200 CDI (100KW/136HP, 2014-2019), the Vito 116 CDI/V220 CDI (120KW/163HP, 2014-2019), and the Vito 119 BlueTec 4x4/V250 BlueTec 4Matic (140KW/190HP, 2014-2019). Thanks to mounting on the original mounting points, it is a plug-and-play 1:1 replacement, combining excellent cooling with minimal back pressure.
