The newly developed Competition high-performance core (Tube Fin) not only ensures excellent cooling performance but also allows sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler. Despite its impressive performance, this intercooler is lightweight, with a total weight of only 7.6kg. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in a CAD system and optimized using CFD simulations to maximize internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the terminal box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance intercooler core. The intercooler inlets and outlets have been expanded to Ø65 mm, so this kit includes reinforced silicone hoses. The result is an intercooler with significantly less backpressure compared to the standard model. All our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences but also offers excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures lasting and optimal cooling, accompanied by a noticeable increase in performance.
