The Wagner Competition intercooler kit is designed for the Nissan GT-R R35 and replaces the factory intercoolers for maximum cooling capacity and air volume.
With core dimensions of 2 x (360mm x 294mm x 110mm) and a charge air volume of 23.3 liters the intercoolers offer a 76% larger flow area and 94% more charge air volume than the factory intercoolers. The cast aluminum terminal boxes have been developed using CAD technology and optimized with flow analyses in a CFD system. The connection diameters have been increased to Ø70 mm, as a result of which the kit comes supplied with reinforced silicone hoses. Matching carbon air guides ensure optimal airflow to the intercoolers. The intercoolers are tested up to 6 bar and feature an anti-corrosion coating. The kit allows for easy replacement of the factory intercoolers.
