The kit is completely ready for installation and is simply swapped for the factory intercooler using a plug & play system, without extensive modifications.
With stepped net dimensions of 580 mm x 231 mm x 110 mm This intercooler offers a 53% larger intake surface area (1,340 cm² vs. OEM 877.5 cm²) and 52% more charge air volume (12.6 liters vs. OEM 8.3 liters). The Competition high-performance network keeps the engine at the optimal operating temperature, even on the track. The CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum Terminal boxes are flow-optimized and significantly reduce back pressure. With only 9.2 kg The cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust, tested to withstand pressures up to 6 bar. The anti-corrosion coating ensures a long service life and excellent heat conduction. The kit fits the Mini Cooper S F54/F55/F56/F60 (B46 & B48, 141 KW/192 HP, 2014+), Mini One D (B37, 70 KW, 2014), Cooper D (B37, 85 KW, 2014+), Cooper SD (B47, 125 KW, 2014+) and JCW F57 (B48B20, 170 KW, 2016+).
