The Wagner Competition intercooler kit has been developed for the Renault Megane 3 in the GT, RS, and dCi/TCe versions and replaces the original intercooler for better cooling and performance.
With stepped core dimensions of 620 mm x 206 mm x 150 mm the intercooler offers a 68% larger inflow surface area (1277 cm2 vs. OEM 760 cm2) and 79% more charge air volume (13.6 liters vs. OEM 7.6 liters). The CAD-developed cast aluminium free-form end boxes ensure excellent internal airflow and minimal back pressure, while the Competition high-power core also supplies airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler. The intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar. An anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties ensures long-lasting cooling. Installation is simple, with the included mounting hardware and installation manual.
