With a Competition tube-fin core design and dimensions of 530 mm x 220 mm x 95 mm does this intercooler offer a core volume of 11.08 liters, an increase of 100% in charge air volume and a 30% larger cooling surface compared to the original intercooler (5.54 liters).
The end boxes are made of cast aluminum and optimized with CAD designs and CFD simulations for ideal internal airflow. The intake and exhaust diameters remain unchanged, ensuring that the back pressure remains the same as that of the original intercooler and that installation is simple without complex modifications. A durable anti-corrosion coating ensures excellent heat conduction and a long service life. Weighing only 7.3 kg The cooler is lightweight yet robust. Installation is plug & play on the original mounting points. Please note: not suitable for vehicles with a torpedo bar (domstrebe). Not permitted under the StVO.
