The Wagner Tuning Audi 4B RS6+ (USA) Intercooler Kit is a high-quality redesign of the original Audi OEM Intercooler, developed specifically for the 4B enthusiast. Our engineers have increased the size and efficiency of the Intercooler core and optimized the design of the end tank to remove any OEM bottlenecks. This results in a significant increase in flow capacity and improved charge cooling properties. The Intercooler kit has been updated with the latest tube-fin technology for the Intercooler core, combined with cast aluminum and CNC-machined end tanks for reliable, high-performance air-to-air charge cooling. This guarantees an OEM+ fit and finish, making for an easy installation without major modifications. The Wagner Tuning Audi RS6 C5 Intercooler Kit features a high-performance Intercooler core with dimensions of 255 mm x 230 mm x 105 mm, which has an air volume of 6158 cm³ processed, compared to the OEM with dimensions of 250 mm x 205 mm x 65 mm and a volume of 3331 cm³With this kit you benefit from CAD/FEM optimized Cast aluminum tail tanks and lightweight carbon composite charge air ducts. The kit features OEM mounting points, 39% more intercooler surface area compared to the OEM, and 98% more airflow. A new bumper intake grille is also included for increased airflow, while retaining the OEM fog light mount.
