Discover the WAGNER TUNING Competition Intercooler EVO3.X for the Audi RS3 8V 2.5 TFSI, Now available with TÜV certification and two different intercooler core options. This intercooler is perfect for performance enhancement and suitable for applications above 600 HP. The new EVO3.X core option was developed in collaboration with a renowned German Audi tuner and offers an optimized design for higher performance. The intercooler dimensions remain the same as the original version, but the internal core has been further optimized to ensure optimal airflow and excellent cooling performance. For all power applications below 600 HP, we recommend the standard version. The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm = 16.5 L) and offers an 84% larger cooling surface area and 101% more charge volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the terminal tank design to eliminate OEM bottlenecks, resulting in higher flow capacity and charge cooling properties. This Audi RS3 intercooler uses our award-winning WAGNER TUNING Competition Intercooler Core, specifically designed for this application. Made from the highest quality TUBE and FIN intercooler cores with internal turbulators, combined with cast aluminum end tanks optimized by CFD for optimal internal airflow. Additional air guides ensure even charging of the intercooler. The result is excellent cooling performance with minimal pressure drop. This kit is therefore perfect for racing applications. The intercooler and crossmember form a stable unit and weigh only 14.1 kg (30.5 lbs). It is mounted using the original mounting points and is easy to install (1:1 replacement). For optimal charge air cooling with a significant increase in performance! The inlet and outlet diameters are 68 mm (2.67 in).
