The Wagner Tuning EVO3 Competition Intercooler Kit for BMW M135i & M235iThis intercooler system is specifically designed to dramatically improve the cooling performance and power of your BMW, especially for demanding tuning levels. The core of this intercooler measures 510mm x 345mm x 180mm (capacity 23.56L), which results in a 165% Larger intake area and a 223% increase in air volume compared to the standard intercooler. The advanced Tube Fin technology with internal turbulators ensures efficient heat transfer and optimal airflow, without compromising weight. The intercooler weighs only 13.8 kg, despite its impressive dimensions. The terminal tanks are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysiss. This ensures excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure, resulting in more power and less heat build-up. This EVO3 kit is designed for the high demands of the BMW M135i and M235i. The original click connections have been replaced, and the diameter of the connections has been increased to Ø65mm on the intake side and Ø76mm on the exhaust side. The kit also includes two reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge pipe with a diameter of Ø76mm, ensuring optimal air cooling and improved performance. The anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties offers durability and long-lasting cooling performance, even under extreme conditions. The kit is ready to install and comes with a modified crossmember. Although some minor modifications to the radiator support are required due to the large dimensions of the intercooler, installation is simple and can be replaced without any problems with the standard parts.
