The Wagner Competition intercooler kit EVO3 has been specially developed for the BMW 135i and 335i with N54 and N55 engines and takes performance to a higher level by optimizing engine cooling and minimizing back pressure. Installation is a simple plug & play replacement thanks to the original mounting points.
With stepped net dimensions of 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm and a total volume of 20.65 liters, this EVO3 cooler offers a 162% larger intake surface area and 182% more charge air volume than the standard cooler. At its heart is a Competition Tube Fin net with internal turbulators for outstanding cooling at minimal back pressure; the CAD-optimized with CFD simulations cast aluminum Power cabinets maximize the internal airflow. The inlets and outlets have been enlarged to Ø70 mm. With only 13.2 kg The cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust and has been tested to be pressure-stable up to 6 bar. An anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling. The kit fits the 335(x)i E90/E91/E92/E93 (2006-2011), 335is E92 (2009-2013), 135i E82/E88 (2007-2013) and 1 Series M E82 (2011-2013), in all cases without ACC; the 135i is not suitable in combination with the M-Performance front bumper.
