The Wagner Competition intercooler EVO3 for the Audi TTRS 8S 2.5 TFSI comes with a TÜV certificate and is available in two core options: the standard version for applications up to 600 HP and the X version for higher power outputs. With a core size of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (16,500cm³) does this intercooler have 84% larger cooling surface and 101% larger charging volume compared to the original intercooler.
The intercooler uses the Competition Intercooler Core with high-quality Tube and Fin cores with internal turbulators and CFD-optimized cast aluminum end tanks. Additional air guides ensure uniform filling, excellent cooling performance, and minimal pressure drop. The system weighs only 11.7 kg and is mounted on the original mounting points (some modifications necessary, see installation manual). The inlets and outlets are 68 mm.
