The WAGNER TUNING Competition Intercooler EVO3 for the Audi TTRS 8S is the ideal solution for car enthusiasts looking to maximize their performance. This intercooler system is now available with TUV certification and offers two different core options. For applications up to 600 HP we recommend the standard version, while the X-version is suitable for higher power outputs. With a core size of 515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm (16,500 cm³), this high-performance intercooler has an 84% larger cooling surface area and 101% more charge volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have improved the intercooler design by increasing the core size and efficiency, as well as optimizing the final tank to eliminate OEM bottlenecks. This intercooler utilizes our award-winning WAGNER TUNING Competition Intercooler Core, specifically designed for this application. Constructed from high-quality Tube and Fin intercooler cores with internal turbulators and cast aluminum end tanks, optimized with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for optimal internal airflow. Additional air ducts ensure uniform charging of the intercooler, resulting in excellent cooling performance with minimal pressure drop. This kit is perfect for racing applications and offers optimal charge air cooling with a significant increase in performance. The system weighs only 11.7 kg and mounts to the original mounting points, ensuring easy installation (some modifications are required – see installation manual). The intercooler has 68 mm inlets and outlets.
