The Wagner EVO2 Competition intercooler kit has been developed for the Audi RS4 B5 2.7 BiTurbo and replaces the original intercoolers with powerfully tuned versions.
The intercoolers measure 255 mm x 260 mm x 120 mm and offer a 43% larger frontal surface area and 147% more core volume than standard intercoolers. The newly developed high-performance core utilizes the latest tube-fin technology, and the cast aluminum end caps have been optimized with CAD-based flow analysis for optimal internal airflow and minimal back pressure. The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to Ø65 mm to meet extreme performance requirements. The kit comes with carbon air ducts. Installation is done via the original mounting points, but significant vehicle modifications are required to install the intercoolers.
