The Wagner Competition Intercooler kit EVO1 is a high-quality upgrade for the Audi RS3 (8Y) Sportback and Sedan with the 2.5 TFSI engine (294 kW / 400 hp, from 2021)This Competition Intercooler of Tube Fin core and has internal turbulators core dimensions of 660 x 180 x 110 mm and offers a net volume of 13.07 liters, or 57% more charge air volume than the standard intercooler (8.3 liters).
The intake surface area of 1188 cm² is 14% larger than that of the original part (1043 cm²). The cast aluminum terminal boxes have been optimized using CFD flow analysis for ideal internal airflow. The black-coated intercooler weighs 8.3 kg and replaces the standard intercooler on the original mounting points (plug-and-play).
