The Wagner Competition intercooler kit has been specially developed for the Audi S4 B9 3.0 TFSI and replaces the original intercooler to increase the efficiency and performance of the vehicle.
With a core volume of 17,130 cm3 This intercooler offers 134% more airflow and 105% more charge air volume than the standard intercooler, for a constant supply of cooled air to the engine. The intercooler is manufactured from Tube Fin material with internal turbulators for maximum heat transfer and efficient airflow. Despite its large size, it weighs only 9.5 kg. The cast aluminum terminal boxes are optimized with flow analyses for minimal back pressure and maximum cooling, and a corrosion-resistant coating with good thermal conductivity ensures continuous cooling. The intercooler is tested up to 6 bar and is installed plug-and-play as a replacement for the original intercooler. The kit is also available with optional full charge air ducts.
