The Wagner Competition intercooler kit has been developed for the Audi A1 and VW Polo and other VAG models with the 1.4 TSI and 2.0 TFSI/TDI engines. The kit replaces the original intercooler 1:1 for better cooling and performance.
With core dimensions of 590 mm x 170 mm x 100 mm the intercooler offers a 70% larger inflow surface area and 112% more charge air volume than the standard intercooler. The Competition high power core ensures good cooling properties, and the CAD-developed cast aluminum end tanks They optimize internal airflow and reduce back pressure. The intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable, making it suitable for motorsport as well. An anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. Installation is plug & play.
