The Wagner Tuning Competition Package EVO 3 for the Audi RS3 8V Sportback/Sedan 294KW/400PS (08/2017+) consists of an intercooler upgrade kit EVO 3 and a downpipe kit. This package is designed for maximum performance and optimal cooling, allowing your Audi RS3 to reach its full potential, even under extreme driving conditions. The intercooler has impressive dimensions of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (stepped) , which results in an 84% larger inlet surface area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The advanced Tube Fin Technology with internal turbulators and air guides ensures efficient airflow and minimal back pressure. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and optimized using CFD flow analysis. This ensures excellent cooling properties with a long service life thanks to the anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. The kit is easy to install using the original mounting points. The Wagner Tuning EVO 3 Competition intercooler system weighs only 14.3 kg and provides reliable performance for vehicles up to 600 PS . For vehicles above 600 PS, the X-version is recommended. The downpipe kit, made of stainless steel (1.4301) , is designed for the Audi RS3 8V facelift and offers improved exhaust gas flow and reduced turbocharger load. The system uses Ø70mm pipes without pre-catalyst, which ensures maximum power and a longer turbocharger life. The downpipe is equipped with 2 lambda probe connections for precise measurements and offers a perfect fit with the original exhaust parts.
