The Wagner Competition intercooler kit with charge pipe is designed for the Toyota GR Yaris and replaces the original intercooler for optimal cooling of the charge air.
With dimensions of 630 mm x 137 mm x 135 mm and 630 mm x 43 mm x 100 mm (stacked core: 14.36 liters) the intercooler offers a 24% larger intake surface area and 69% more core volume than the original intercooler. The cast aluminum terminal boxes have been developed using CAD technology and optimized via CFD simulations for minimal back pressure, while a custom-made air duct also supplies airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler. The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to Ø60 mm, and the kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminium boost and charge pipe. An anti-corrosion coating ensures long-lasting cooling. Installation is plug-and-play via the original mounting brackets.
