It Wagner Competition package EVO 3 for the Audi TTRS 8S 2.5 TFSI consists of the EVO 3 intercooler upgrade kit (200001136) and the Decat downpipe kit (500001028). The package is aimed at maximum performance and improved cooling, even under severe conditions.
The EVO 3 intercooler has core dimensions of 515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm [stuffed] = 16,500 cm³ and thereby offers a 84% larger flow surface and 101% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators and the CFD-optimized cast aluminum End cabinets with air guides ensure even filling, excellent cooling, and minimal back pressure. An anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties ensures long-lasting cooling performance. The intercooler and original crossbar form a stable unit of only 11.7 kgThe intake and exhaust are Ø68 mm and the system has been tested up to 6 bar. The Decat downpipe kit is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304), has 2 x Ø70 mm pipes, no pre-catalytic converter, 2 lambda sensor connections and is 100% suitable for a direct replacement.
