The TTE740 is a Stage 3 hybrid turbo upgrade by TheTurboEngineers, specially developed for the Porsche 992 3.0 Twin TurboThis upgrade delivers a significant power gain while maintaining a fast response that is very close to OEM, making it ideal for high-performance street and track builds.

For the TTE740 the original compressor wheels are replaced by larger and more efficient TTE billet compressor wheels (7+7 blades)The compressor housings are CNC machined to optimal tolerances to perfectly fit the new profile. On the outlet side, larger 9-blade turbines fitted, which increases airflow and reduces exhaust gas temperatures at higher turbo pressures.

The whole is combined with a TTE Motorsport upgrade bearing package for durability under high loads. This configuration results in 630+ hp on 98RON, without compromising on spool and rideability.

Balancing

For maximum reliability and performance, all TTE740 turbochargers are first low-speed balanced up to 2800 rpm in multiple planes. Then the complete CHRA high-speed VSR balanced up to 250,000 rpm on TTE's in-house VSR machine. Each turbo comes with a numbered balance test result document.
