The TTE575 upgrade turbocharger is a high-quality hybrid turbo based on the original turbo of the VAG 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen 4 engine. This Stage 3+ turbo was developed by TheTurboEngineers and combines a larger billet compressor with a lightweight high-flow turbine for maximum performance, fast spool, and reliability.
For the TTE575, the original compressor is replaced by a larger one 7+7 blade billet compressor with extended tip technologyIn addition, the turbine is being replaced by a light 9-blade high-flow turbine for better gas flow and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The result is a turbo that can safely handle high boost pressure while spooling up quickly.
Each turbo is individually balanced according to TTE specifications and tested to 250,000 RPM with a VSR balancing machine. This optimizes performance, durability, and noise levels.
