The TTE555 IS38 upgrade turbo is the latest hybrid performance turbo from TheTurboEngineers, developed for the EA888.3 2.0 TSI / 1.8 TSI engines. Based on the original IHI IS38, but completely revised with a 7+7 blade billet compressor of 55 mm and a bigger one 9-blade high-flow turbine, this turbo delivers 580 hp+ with strong spool and high reliability.

Thanks to the reinforced 360° bearing packageWith CNC-machined billet silencer deletion and precise VSR balancing up to 250,000 RPM, the TTE555 combines massive power gains with OEM fit and response. It's the ideal choice for anyone looking to get the most out of their MQB platform.
