The TTE1000+ turbo upgrade for the Audi RS6 C6 5.0 TFSI V10 is the next evolutionary step above the well-known TTE850 and is developed for extreme performance builds. Where the TTE850 has already consistently 900+ hp yielded 99 RON, the TTE1000+ goes there well over of 1000+ hp proven.
For this upgrade TTE uses lightweight, CNC-machined billet compressor wheels which are significantly larger than OEM, yet still flush early. The original compressor housings are CNC machined to perfectly accommodate these wheels. In addition, the OEM Turbo Inlets CNC Modified for maximum airflow.
An important difference from previous stageis the use of TTE's own 9-blade turbinesThese are larger, lighter and freer flowing than the OEM turbines and can handle much higher exhaust volumes without excessive exhaust pressure narrow hub further increases flow and reduces weight.
The turbos are equipped with reinforced OE actuators with springs, provided with TTE reinforced clamps For reliable operation. Adjustments can be customized to customer requirements.
Each turbo is manufactured according to TTE standards multiply balanced, inclusive high-speed VSR balancing up to 250,000 rpm. Each set comes with a numbered balance test report. Assembly is OEM plug & play, but software recalibration is mandatory.
