The Scorpion Non-resonated cat-back system is specially designed for the Mini Cooper S R56 & R57 (2007 - 2014) and the Mini Cooper S Coupe R58 & R59 (2007 - 2014)After its launch in 1959, the classic Mini became a global icon, particularly following the collaboration with Cooper in the early 1960s to develop the famous Cooper and Cooper S variants. This collaboration culminated in the legendary performance of the Cooper S, which made its debut at the Monte Carlo Rallye in the 1960s, sensationally winning in 1964 and 1965. Production of the classic Mini ended in 2000, but was soon followed by the new generation BMW Mini, launched in the same year. Scorpion has over 30 years of experience in producing performance exhausts for both classic and new generation Minis and is therefore the technical partner of the popular Mini Challenge race series. This collaboration guarantees a direct transfer of technology from the racetrack to the road. The new cat-back systems are manufactured from premium 304 stainless steel, which not only ensures increased durability but also an unparalleled performance improvement. The non-resonated system features 70 mm tubing, which promotes efficient gas flow and thus significantly enhances the car's performance. With a non-resonated center section and an acoustically refined rear muffler, this system delivers a deep, rich exhaust note that emphasizes the sportiness of the Mini Cooper S.
