The Scorpion Decat Downpipe for the Mini Cooper S R56 / R57 / R58 / R59 is designed for better exhaust gas flow and faster turbo response. This downpipe is manufactured from high-quality T304 stainless steel and features bent mandrel 70 mm (2.75") pipework with a neat TIG-welded finish.
The downpipe fits directly from the turbo to the original or aftermarket catback exhaust and is therefore a real one direct bolt-on solution. Removing the catalytic converter reduces back pressure, which can contribute to better performance and a sportier exhaust sound.
