Since the 1970s, Ford Known for producing a range of high-performance road vehicles, starting with the iconic Mk1 Escort RS1600, this set the tone for legendary models of the 1980s such as the Escort RS Turbo and the Sierra RS Cosworth. Today, the ST and RS models are Ford still synonymous with performance, with many of these models benefiting from the development of Scorpion exhaust systems. Over the decades, Scorpion are transferring their racing technology to road cars, and the latest example of this is the Scorpion GPF Delete system. This system was developed specifically for the Ford Puma ST-Line (2019-2024) and is designed to provide an immediate solution to the restrictions caused by the standard Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF). Standard GPFs can muffle exhaust noise and restrict exhaust gas flow, resulting in reduced performance. The GPF delete system eliminates this restriction, resulting in increased gas flow and better engine performance. The 63mm/2.5” GPF delete significantly enhances the riding experience by freeing up the exhaust note and unleashing the engine's full potential. The system utilizes motorsport-grade T304 stainless steel, renowned for its durability and resistance to extreme heat. This means it can withstand the toughest riding conditions while delivering optimal performance. CNC Mandrel bending technology ensures the pipes are precisely formed, allowing for greater gas flow and less drag than the standard system. The GPF delete delivers sharper throttle response and a noticeable increase in BHP (Horsepower), resulting in faster acceleration and improved overall performance.
Advantages:
• Removes restrictive GPF for better performance
• Improved gas flow and more powerful exhaust sound
• CNC-bent large-bore pipes for maximum efficiency
• Weight savings compared to OEM exhaust system
• Increased BHP and sharper throttle response
