The IE supercharger pulley for the 3.0T V6 Audi engines is an excellent upgrade designed to extract more power from your supercharger. This pulley offers up to 492hp on its own, and when combined with an IE stage 2 single pulley tune, or with the IE 188mm crank pulley (IEBAVJ7) for a dual pulley setup, power can increase to an impressive 548hp. These significant power gains are achieved by spinning the supercharger unit faster than its stock setting, resulting in higher boost levels when properly tuned. The pulley increases supercharger RPM by 10% for a single pulley setup, and when combined with the IE 188mm crank pulley, can SC RPM by as much as 26% . This provides a significant increase in supercharger boost levels for both single and dual pulley tunes. The pulley is CNC machined from high-quality billet steel and has a precision-machined inner bore. It is also zinc plated to prevent rust and replaces the stock pulley on Eaton TVS 1320 Superchargers . The design was developed in-house using CAD modeling and FEA analysis. In terms of specifications, the stock pulley has a diameter of 63.20mm , while the IE pulley has a diameter of 57.5mm , making it one of the most powerful and aggressive options on the market. This pulley is intended to increase supercharger RPM throughout the entire powerband, with an 1800 RPM increase at redline. One IE 57.5mm overdrive supercharger pulley is included with purchase, but you will also need an IE stage 2 single or dual pulley ECU tune and the IE 3.0T supercharger pulley puller tool (IEBAVJ4) for installation.
