It Forge Motorsport intake system for the Ford Fiesta ST180 is equipped with a large diameter Pipercross cotton filter for superior filtration and improved breathing of the mmotor. The system has a larger surface area than the standard filter and many competitors. The MAF housing It is CNC-machined in our workshop in Gloucester and internally softly tapered to ensure maximum flow, while mimicking the standard configuration to eliminate the possibility of engine malfunction lights. Forge also supplies a laser-cut and powder-coated aluminium shield that sits beneath the filter and directs air around the filter entering the engine compartment via the hood latch panel.
