It Eventuri V2 Carbon Fiber Intake System for the BMW M5 F90 and M8 F9x is designed to provide a less restrictive airflow to the supercharger while keeping intake temperatures low. The 4.4L V8 engine bay heats up quickly, so an open cone system would result in better airflow but higher intake temperatures. Eventuri has therefore completely redesigned the intake system from the throttle body to the front grille with a highly efficient, fully enclosed carbon fiber system.
