This intercooler features an optimized core and end tanks for maximum cooling. To increase cooling capacity, the bumper beam is moved forward with special spacers that also serve as mounting points. Two air deflectors are included to ensure all air flows through the intercooler and not around it.
The larger 63mm connections reduce pressure drop and improve airflow. Two specially designed silicone hoses are included for a perfect fit with the original intercooler tubes.
Installation requires trimming some of the original plastic air deflectors and removing the bumper beam foam layer. All necessary mounting hardware and installation instructions are included.
