The do88 Heat exchanger has been developed for the BMW M2 G87, BMW M3 G80 and BMW M4 G82 of S58 engineThis front-mounted heat exchanger is part of the water-air charge cooler system and cools the coolant flowing through the charge cooler before the intake air reaches the engine.
The heat exchanger is equipped with a all-aluminum construction of TIG-welded end tanks, CNC-milled connections and a 48 mm thick double core. Thanks to the quad-pass design, the coolant flows through the core four times for maximum utilization of the cooling surface. The heat exchanger is designed for installation with the original vehicle components and comes with special stone chip protectors.
