The do88 Intake for the BMW 320i, 330e and 330i G20 G21 has been developed for high-power applications. The system is designed with a focus on filtration, airflow, and controlling intake air temperatures. The intake is suitable for vehicles with the B48 / B46 engine and uses a fully enclosed design to supply only cold air.
This intake features a large enclosed airbox with integrated heat shield, a 102 mm (4") mandrel bent aluminium tube, a custom-made silicone hose and a large custom-developed cotton air filter. During development, a secondary air intake was integrated to reduce the restriction of the original air intake. The system is designed to maintain sufficient clearance for strut braces.
