The do88 Charge Cooler Manifold has been developed for various BMW G-Series models with B58 Gen 2 engine and the Toyota GR Supra A90This aluminium intake manifold combines an integrated air-to-water charge cooler with a high-quality Bar&Plate core by 102 mm thickness for a compact and precisely designed solution.
The charge cooler utilizes cast end tanks developed using 3D scanning, CFD analysis, and 3D printing. The system is designed as a direct replacement for the original part and maintains compatibility with the standard hood cover. Additionally, a thermal spacer is included to limit heat transfer from the cylinder head to the intake manifold.
