The system uses a 102 mm (4") Bar&Plate charge cooler core, cast end tanks, a thermal insulation spacer, and integrated connection options for supplementary fuel injection, methanol injection, nitrous oxide injection, and measuring equipment. During development, 3D scanning, CFD analysis, 3D printing, and SolidWorks simulations were applied to optimize air and coolant distribution. The design maintains compatibility with the original engine cover.
